- υπολογιστής σβήνει μόνο του μετά από 10 λεπτά
- πελάτης μαζί είχε φέρει για καθάρισμα περίπου 1 χρόνο πριν
- ο πελάτης έφερε μαζί του τα ακουστικά razer και καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας του υπολογιστή
- Επίσης πελάτης έστειλε το πιο κάτω μήνυμα στο whats up:
Hello,
I left a computer at your shop this morning for troubleshooting.
Issues experienced :
- shut down unexpectedly by itself, sometimes after 5mn, sometimes not. When it shut downs, I have to remove the power cable and reconnect to start again the PC
- ⁠i noticed the audio is doing weird noises ( I tried with 2 headsets, one bluetooth and one with 3.5 jack) with lags. I suspect a possible issue with the audio card.
- ⁠i tried to do a factory mode with windows via the settings menu but nothing happens here as well.

My hypothesis are either a hardware problem or a software issue.
